This wonderful product from Dr Oetker allows you to make extra fruity jams and preserves with half the amount of sugar!
Each box contains two sachets of 25 grams each.
Each sachet is sufficient for making 1000 grams of fruit (1 kilo) to 500 grams of sugar.
(Or you can use 750 ml of fruit juice and 400 grams of sugar.)
It’s super easy and full English instructions are included with the product.
A 1kg of fruit / 500 grams of sugar mixture makes approximately 6 small jam pots.
Great fun to make with the kids!
